The notice of conditional acceptance upon proof of claim is a notice for accepting claims on our own terms and conditions, subject to proof of the claim being provided as well. In this notice we ask for very specific information, documentation and or evidence to verify that there is a claim and stating a list of our terms and conditions that we are prepared to accept the claim under, along with a further list of terms and conditions as to what will happen if the information requested is not provided in the appropriate form and time frame.
