The affidavit template is designed to accompany any other notices we may wish to serve or file. Typically any notices served are attached as an annexure, or exhibit to the affidavit. An affidavit is a statement of truth and an unrebutted affidavit stands in truth and becomes fact in both law and commerce. An affidavit must be rebutted point for point. Any point remaining unrebutted stands in truth.
