He has been a guest speaker on multiple podcasts, discussing matters including the Telstra 5G rollout throughout Australia and the COVID-19 Lockdowns, and has had his views and actions featured on podcasts, news articles and websites.
He is a legal enthusiast, social activist, a concerned member of the community, and is not afraid to stand up for our rights. This notice is for conditional acceptance and liability for mask wearing, vaccines, travel restrictions and or quarantine. Once served the respondent has two choices, they either sign and agree to ALL the terms and conditions, or return it declined / un-signed at which point they waive any and all rights to contract or ask you to pay or perform in any way. In the notice a whole host of foundational evidence is requested to verify their position and or authority whilst accepting all liability at the same time for what it is they are asking of you.
The school non-consent notice is for non-consent and legal liability to Vaccinations/PCR Testing/Mask Wearing/QR-Scanning/Temperature analysis for a minor. This notice is to be served on the school principal and or school board and or education department. In the notice it expressly forbids any consent given to any of the aforementioned with written consent. The notice is designed to protect the rights of our offspring if they are in school by prohibiting the school from subjecting them to masks, vaccines, QR check ins or other covid related nonsense.
The employee vaccination notice is to serve on an employer should they ask you to be jabbed for work. It is a first and final notice of demand for better and further particulars in which very specific evidence is requested to verify the safety and effectiveness of the so called vaccine and the lawfulness and or contractual obligations pursuant to the employment contract of the request to be vaccinated as well.
The follow up vaccination notice for when they don’t respond to each and every point, statement and claim made in the first and final notice of demand for better and further particulars with in the specified timeframe, is a notice of acceptance of acquiescence by silence, informing them that silence is acquiescence and that by way of their silence they have agreed ( acquiesced ) to the terms, conditions, statements and claims contained in the first and final notice of demand for better and further particulars.
The asseveration notice is for QLD only at this point in time. The notice identifies a range of supposed government departments as business / corporations registered on the American securities exchange technically speaking making them a foreign power / company. This notice has already been served on the QLD police commissioner and over 400 police stations in QLD ! A handy document to serve on any QLD police agent or representative.
