Trespass Notice
The trespass notice is to put on display at the front entrance to your property and at the front and or back door of your house. It puts anyone wishing to enter your property or home on notice that they are trespassing if they don’t have an appointment, invitation or prior consent to do so. The trespass notice also references several high court case precedents verifying the act of trespass as recognised by the high court of Australia.
