Enduring POA Deed (Power of Attorney)

Power of Attorney or enduring Power of Attorney deed is used to take back control of your own name / estate as granted to you by the grantor (the mother). By the mother granting power of attorney to you, that power has been removed from BDM (births, deaths and marriages) who it was originally granted to by way of your birth certificate. As you own power of attorney, no other attorney can be granted power over you, your name, or estate. If the mother is no longer around, affidavits are required to execute one of these POA Deeds.
