Bank Garnishee
The bank garnishee notice is a notice of liability and demand to serve on the bank manager of the bank branch you have accounts with. This notice prohibits them from allowing anyone to access or garnish your account without appropriate court orders and or your express written consent. It informs them and puts them on notice that they are prohibited from allowing garnishing of the account and holds them 100% liable for the loss should they allow this to occur.
